The refurbishment of a Landmark Office/Industrial Unit in Ipswich has seen the transformation of the former Lister building on Landseer Road into Bauder’s new head office and warehouse facility.

Ingleton Wood provided a multi-disciplined service including architecture, building service design, project management, contract administration and CDM Co-ordination.

Bauder are a market leader in the manufacture of sustainable roofing materials who had outgrown their previous Ipswich base.

The refurbished offices include conference facilities, a management suite and a staff breakout space together with all the standard office accommodation. The project was designed and procured to a budget within a challenging programme.
