Ingleton Wood were appointed to refurbish the communal areas of an existing mansion block building in Maida Vale, London. The building consists of four blocks containing high-end residential flats connected with a large central light well.
The works involved refurbishment of the existing communal areas to a high specification with finishes, new lighting and bespoke carpet design.
In the entrance area, a new feature wall was provided with illuminated feature panels, wallpaper, and lighting. A bespoke reception desk with storage wall was installed.
The interior design proposals involved working closely with the board of residents and, the client. Mood boards were created to be exhibited in the entrance for all residents to provide comment.
