Ditchburn Place, Cambridge

Acting as lead designer and architect for a six-flat extension and complete upgrading of a complex of sheltered and extra-care flats owned by Cambridge City Council.

The building lies in the Mill Road Conservation Area and also part of the oldest section of the building is Listed; as a result the appearance of the extension has needed to be very sensitively designed.
