Ingleton Wood are appointed for multi-disciplinary services including Building Surveying, Interior Design, Planning and M&E services. The project involves the refurbishment of two multi-tenanted commercial office buildings. The buildings are Grade II Listed and located in Grosvenor Gardens, London.

The scheme consists of internal common parts refurbishment, replacement of the air conditioning as well as external repairs and redecoration. Planning applications and listed building consents were submitted for proposed alterations and repairs.

The internal common parts refurbishment proposals include receptions, corridors, staircases, toilets and shower rooms. The interior scheme was designed to reflect the existing period of the building with high end finishes. The reception areas were redesigned with new feature ceilings, lighting, reception desks, feature walls, flooring, window treatment, signage, planting and furniture. To the communal areas new carpet, lighting, furniture, signage, wall finishes were selected, and original building features were enhanced.

The replacement of air conditioning was designed by our M&E team as well as strategies for completing the works during occupation. The external works were specified by our building surveying team comprising stone cleaning and roof repairs.
