Hertfordshire County Council: Primary Expansion

Ingleton Wood Martindales were engaged by Hertfordshire County Council to provide Design Team and Project Management Services delivering the Primary School Expansion 5 (PEP5) project.  This project comprised new accommodation at five primary school sites all of which were completed by September 2016. The budget was in excess of £14m.

Each school project has different accommodation requirements but all are on restricted sites involving the key issues of safeguarding, safety from injury, noise/dust avoidance, understanding critical activity times, delivery/disposal times and communication.
