Ingleton Wood were appointed to refurbish the communal areas of Hightrees House, an existing 1930’s mansion block building in Clapham, South London, which accommodates high-end residential flats.
The works involved complete refurbishment of the existing communal areas to a high specification to provide new ceilings, re-wiring, lighting, finishes, bespoke design features to corridors and bespoke signage.
In the entrance area, new bespoke entrance doors, feature ceilings with lighting, an external canopy and reception desk design were provided. A bespoke tiled floor design was installed to provide a feature to the entrance area.
The 1930’s style of the building was incorporated into the interior design scheme utilising existing features to ensure the proposal was in keeping with the heritage of the building. The interior design proposals involved working closely with the board of residents and client.
