Block B, Homerton College

Constructed as a speculative commercial shell-and-core development as part of the Homerton Business Centre Development.

1500sq.m of accommodation was provided within a building designed to both reflect the industrial Herritage of the site with a silhouette of saw-toothed northlights and exposed steelwork, whilst also complimenting the Abbey College building opposite and forming one side of the enclosed landscaped courtyard.

Block B was completed in February 2016 at a contract value of £2.5m.
