South Court, Homerton College

We were successful in winning the commission to design a new 138-bedroom undergraduate accommodation building located on the campus of Homerton College, Cambridge.

Via a close working relationship with Cambridge City Council, created a successful design solution which met the client's operational needs as well as the Council's requirements.

The building is constructed largely of concrete panels manufactured off-site, and provides a high standard of student acccommodation. The bedrooms are en-suite and are fitted with bespoke furniture giving ample storage space. All the rooms are provided with the latest IT services.
