It’s hard to believe that the Cambridge office has only been established since June 2015 given how much has been achieved in such a short amount of time.
From just a small team of three, the office has grown rapidly to fifteen staff amongst three teams delivering Building Services, Civil and Structural Engineering and Building Surveying to the built environment.
We’re looking forward to moving into bigger offices later this year to accommodate the continued planned growth which will include the expansion of services we deliver from this office. It’s been an exciting time setting up the newest Ingleton Wood office here in Cambridge and we look forward to the continued valued working relationships with our clients into the future.
Cambridge is a great place to live and work with its historic links to the University and Colleges, but also a dynamic place that’s looking to the future. Cambridge is at the heart of the Silicon Fen (sometimes known as the Cambridge Cluster) which is home to a large cluster of high-tech businesses focusing on software, electronics and biotechnology. Many of these businesses have connections with the University of Cambridge and the area is now one of the most important technology centres in Europe. The internationally renowned teaching hospital Addenbrookes, continues to expand and is about to incorporate Papworth hospital that’s being relocated here in new bespoke facilities.
Ultimately Cambridge is a thriving place for new industries, new ideas and some impressive construction projects which Ingleton Wood are proud to be associated with.
