Ingleton Wood has appointed two new team members at our fast-growing London office.
Ben Strange has joined as Head of Professional Services and Joe Skinnard as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
They will be responsible for helping the practice to diversify its portfolio and promote new areas of growth.
Ben, who has more than 10 years of experience in the private sector and previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, will help Ingleton Wood to grow the private and commercial property sides of our business.
He said: “I am thrilled to be joining Ingleton Wood at such an exciting time. The London office has an excellent reputation and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.
The business already has an established client base across many sectors; with my wealth of experience in dilapidations as well as my specialism in the impact of the MEES regulations, I am looking to identifying opportunities with new and existing clients and help support ongoing growth.”
Joe, who has joined the professional services team after gaining significant experience at a number of London-based property consultancies, will help build our private client base.
He commented: “I’m really looking forward to using my experience to help Ingleton Wood to expand its portfolio. The practice has long been on my radar due to its multi-disciplinary nature, so I hope to make a positive contribution to the team.”
Stuart Norgett, Partner at our London office, said: “We’re delighted to have Ben and Joe on board. Their wealth of experience will allow us to move further into the private market. The appointments also signal our continued commitment to enhance our team to ensure our current clients receive the very best service.”
