Ingleton Wood welcomes new Director of Building Surveying Wednesday, 11th March 2020

We recently appointed Neil Henderson as our new Director of Building Surveying in our growing Cambridge office.

Neil has worked in the construction industry for 35 years including 24 years as a chartered building surveyor; developing a broad range of professional and project experience across most building types and managing projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments, conservation work and corporate fit-outs.

He said: “My experience is predominantly in the commercial sector; advising investors, funds, landlords and building occupiers across most building surveying disciplines, such as technical due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments and project consultancy.”

He said he chose to join the practice because of its “approach to delivering projects, ensuring single-point responsibility using its in-house multi-disciplinary teams of surveyors, architects, engineers and construction professionals.”

“Now that I’m here, I am able to experience first-hand how integrated they are, ensuring the client is the principal point of focus in their decision making. There’s a truly supportive and open culture underpinned by a commitment to working to the highest standards and code of professional ethics,” he added.
