Ingleton Wood Business Continuity Statement Thursday, 26th March 2020

As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to evolve, we want to let you know Ingleton Wood LLP has a comprehensive plan in place to ensure the highest level of service, resilience and availability. Being able to respond quickly to rapidly evolving situations like this epidemic while maintaining as near an uninterrupted service as possible is a key part of our Business Continuity plan.

Our infrastructure is resilient, and cloud based; all staff can access all servers from any location and we have now moved to 100% homeworking. Our phone system is also fully cloud and mobile based so all our Direct Dial numbers will continue to work, and our reception will continue to be manned.

All staff also have access to Microsoft Teams which has excellent video and phone conferencing capability. We can use other Applications including Zoom and Skype if these suit your systems better.

Our commitment to our clients and our staff is absolute – one does not exist without the other. We are keeping abreast of the Government’s guidance as it changes which currently is impacting on our ability to get to sites for monitoring works and surveys although we are actively using our virtual capabilities as far as possible.

We remain committed to the Health and Safety of our staff and clients, their families and their communities and will provide updates should further government advice change the way in which we are now beginning to work. These are difficult and complicated times for all of us and we welcome any dialogue around how we can maintain our own high standards of service.
