Ingleton Wood is proud to support the development of 176 new homes in the village of Martham, in the Great Yarmouth District of Norfolk.
Appointed on behalf of Broadland Housing Group and working collaboratively with its wider development partners, Ingleton Wood provided architectural services for this project which will help address the District’s pressing need for high-quality affordable housing in this sensitive rural location.
The project has reached a significant milestone, recently achieving detailed planning consent and will in future deliver much-needed housing alongside a new roundabout at the village entrance benefiting the wider community.
The proposed new homes in Martham have been designed considerately to provide an attractive and sustainable setting within generously landscaped surroundings that respect the area's rural character, enabling future communities to thrive.
