Ingleton Wood delivers over 700 energy performance certificates (EPCs) for Castlepoint Borough Council Thursday, 12th June 2025

Ingleton Wood’s Environmental Assessment Team have completed a 12-month project on behalf of Castlepoint Borough Council, delivering Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for over 700 social housing properties in South Essex.

With the scope including houses, flats, and bungalows, our team delivered:

• Comprehensive EPC reporting for each property: including EPC ratings, certificate expiry dates, and tailored recommendations to improve energy efficiency.
  On-time completion: the project was carried out and concluded within the one-year contractual deadline.
