Ingleton Wood’s 2025 Senior Staff Meeting took place at the iconic Sadler's Wells Theatre, a fitting stage for a day of cross-practice collaboration and idea sharing.
Leaders from across our practice gathered to reflect on another impactful year, explore emerging trends shaping our industry, and lead discussions around innovation, wellbeing, and the value of our multidisciplinary approach.
Some of the day’s highlights included an insightful workshop on practical strategies for managing stress and building personal resilience, along with a thought-provoking session exploring the growing role and impact of AI within the built environment. The day also offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the Sadler’s Wells Theatre, a unique glimpse into one of London’s most historic cultural venues.
