Our Norwich team swapped desks for snow tubes at Norfolk Snowsports Club, enjoying an evening of high-speed runs, competitive races, and plenty of laughs; all while strengthening connections and celebrating recent successes.
Over in Colchester, colleagues went head-to-head at our lively Sports Day, with classic challenges like the egg and spoon race, tug of war, and even a full-PPE dash under a cargo net.
It was a fantastic reminder that teamwork and a bit of friendly rivalry go hand in hand.
Meanwhile, our newly combined Residential team - uniting talent from both Norwich and Colchester - came together for an exhilarating evening of karting at Red Lodge in Thetford.
Led by Directors Andrew Collett and Christopher Stammers, the team battled through qualifying laps and rain-soaked finals, with Senior Associate Laurie Anderson taking the win.
Post-race, the focus shifted from lap times to design ideas and the exciting direction of the team’s future.
