Ingleton Wood are excited to launch a new Administrative AI Training Series, a programme designed to enhance our knowledge, further our understanding, and strengthen our effective application of artificial intelligence across the business.
The launch of this initiative builds on the conversations had during the Senior Staff Meeting at Sadler’s Wells Theatre earlier this year; where AI was a topic presenting significant opportunities and challenges for our industry. The enthusiasm and curiosity from that session highlighted a clear demand for further learning, which this new workshop series has been curated to provide.
Delivered by Architect and AI & Spatial Intelligence expert Gosia Starzyńska-Grześ, the workshops will empower us by:
- Building AI awareness; levelling up our shared understanding of AI’s opportunities and limitations.
- Promoting AI safety and literacy; ensuring we use new tools responsibly, with awareness of risks such as misinformation, AI hallucinations, and data sensitivity.
- Keeping pace with global trends; so our teams stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Unlocking efficiency gains; helping us work smarter, free up time for the tasks humans do best, and deliver even greater value to our clients.
- Upskilling for the future; giving colleagues the tools to embrace innovation and lead the way in applying AI to solve complex challenges.
The four-session series will empower us to confidently and securely use AI to streamline everyday tasks, while also exploring the broader potential of Artificial Intelligence.
The training will introduce the fundamentals of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), demystifying the technology, addressing common misconceptions, and sharing the latest evidence that AI’s energy use and carbon emissions are not as significant as once feared.
While some industries remain cautious about adopting AI, the reality is that these tools are already shaping how we work. By proactively investing in AI training, we are equipping ourselves with the skills and understanding required to harness its benefits, while protecting the integrity of our work and the interests of our clients.
We will be sharing our key takeaways and learnings from these sessions across our channels, so be sure to stay tuned for further updates.
