🏡 Salthouse zero carbon homes: recognition for Broadland Housing’s very special scheme, delivered by H Smith & Sons. A fantastic example of sustainable, place-specific vernacular design that blends beautifully into a sensitive village setting.

🌿 Hay Hill, Norwich: A major urban revitalisation project, transforming the city centre pedestrian area into a calm green oasis at the heart of Norwich.
