Ingleton Wood’s planning and architectural masterplanning teams are pleased to have secured a series of preferred housing allocations following the latest Call for Sites consultation by Breckland Council.
This success highlights both our strategic planning expertise and collaborative approach, working with landowners, land agents and consultants to unlock opportunities and deliver preferred allocations across a wide range of settlements in the district.
đź’¬ Nicol Perryman, Director of Planning, commented on the latest announcement from Breckland;
"We're delighted with the results the Practice has achieved in this latest round of work, and we look forward to continuing to support these sites further through the Local Plan process as they move towards the next stage of being considered for adopted allocations. This success really demonstrates the effectiveness of making robust representations to Local Plan Call for Sites consultations when these opportunities arise."
Whether it’s site promotion, planning strategy, masterplan support, or shaping long-term development frameworks, our team has the experience to help turn opportunity into delivery.
Call for Sites consultations are currently open until 15th December 2025 for sites within Ipswich, and until 9th January 2026 for sites in East Suffolk, Babergh, and Mid Suffolk.
We would urge early engagement on these opportunities.
If you’d like to explore how we can support you to promote sites for allocation, our team welcomes your enquiries.
