As the workplace evolves, Ingleton Wood are investing in two areas that will be increasingly important to the future; personal resilience and digital innovation.
Alongside the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence, our people are navigating increasingly complex working environments and the need to continually adapt.
Our response is to expand our learning and development programme with two complementary initiatives: a Building Personal Resilience workshop series, focused on practical approaches to wellbeing and stress management, and an Administrative AI Training Series, designed to build confidence in using AI responsibly and effectively.
Together, the programmes reflect our commitment to developing a workforce that is resilient, adaptable and equipped for the future.

Building personal resilience
Following the positive response to a breathwork session at our Senior Staff Day at Sadler’s Wells, former professional rugby player David ‘Jacko’ Jackson has returned to deliver a longer-term programme focused on personal resilience and wellbeing.
Drawing on his experience coaching Paralympic and world champion athletes, Jacko introduces practical techniques that can be incorporated into everyday routines to support areas such as focus, recovery and sleep.
The programme emphasises small, consistent changes that can become sustainable habits, including habit stacking; pairing a new behaviour with an existing routine to make it easier to maintain.
The opening session, Setting Your Baseline, encouraged participants to reflect on their current experiences of stress, sleep and managing pressure before introducing practical breathwork techniques.
The focus is deliberately practical: giving participants accessible tools they can apply beyond the workshops to build greater awareness and manage pressure more effectively.
Developing confidence with AI
Alongside our wellbeing programme, our Administrative AI Training Series is helping colleagues understand how artificial intelligence can be applied practically and responsibly within their roles.
Led by architect and AI & Spatial Intelligence expert Gosia Starzyńska-Grześ, the programme focuses on building the confidence and judgement needed to identify where AI can add genuine value.
For a multidisciplinary practice such as Ingleton Wood, this creates opportunities to explore new ways of working, improve efficiency and support innovation across the business.
Investing in our future
While the programmes address different challenges, they share a common objective: giving our people the tools and confidence to perform at their best in a changing working environment.
Resilience can help people navigate pressure and change, while digital skills can help them embrace new opportunities and work more effectively.
As our industry evolves, we believe future-ready organisations will be those that combine technological innovation with investment in the people who make it possible.
By investing in our people today, we are helping to build a more capable, adaptable and future-ready practice for tomorrow.
