Primary Expansion Programme (PEP2)

We were appointed by Hertfordshire County Council to take forward the PEP2 projects from Feasibility Stage to Completion.

For these projects we provided Architectural, Landscape, Structural/Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering design and CDMC services, employing sub-consultants as necessary.

The PEP2 projects comprised the design and construction of extensions or stand-alone buildings at six primary schools, namely:

• Grove Infants School, Harpenden – a single-storey, two classroom extension
• Grove Junior School, Harpenden – a two-storey, two classroom and staff room extension
• Icknield Infants School, Letchworth – a single-storey, one classroom extension
• Lordship Farm School, Letchworth – a single-storey, two classroom building
• Sandridge Primary School, St Albans – a single-storey, two classroom extension
• Wilbury Junior School, Letchworth – a two storey, six classroom stand-alone building
