Time is Running out for the UK's Least Energy Efficient Properties Friday, 6th February 2015

From 2018, landlords will not be able to rent out properties that have an EPC rating of F or G. Changes to the Energy Act 2011 will mean that up to 18% of commercial and 1 in 10 domestic properties will need to improve their energy ratings or become unlettable from April 1st 2018.
