Our Senior Team recently held their annual Senior Management Conference at St Paul’s Cathedral, London. The event provided a function to discuss business and industry updates, but also an opportunity to bring the team back together and highlight the strength of Ingleton Wood’s collaborative working environment.
The day began with a tour of the awe-inspiring renaissance architecture of St Paul’s Cathedral, followed by informative talks throughout the day and breakfast and lunch for the team.
Presentations led by Ingleton Wood’s Senior Team included a Practice Update and Q&A, The Changing Office Environment, and a Building Safety Bill update.
Author and award-winning businesswoman Sue Liburd also delivered an inspiring presentation on building modern businesses: The Culture Club (Culture Development Strategy).
Managing Partner David Cresswell said: “2022 has been a fantastic year so far for Ingleton Wood. We have come through the Pandemic stronger than ever, and it’s wonderful to have the Senior Team back together and to hear all about the work undertaken by the talented people at each office.
“Our strength comes from our teamwork and everyone’s ability to come together to make a big difference. People are at the forefront of everything we do, and we are continually investing in our team’s wellbeing, expertise and skills.”
